- Administering a new CRM program
- Recording customer purchase orders and determining ship dates for open orders
- Populating quotes and assisting the VP of Sales with pertinent information
- Providing order information to customers and administering customer service
- Assisting the CEO with supportive information and reports
- Providing support for website & marketing efforts is a plus
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Passion for renewable energy is a plus
- Ability to examine problems and create business processes
- Ability to communicate clearly
- QuickBooks and DotNetNuke experience is a plus
